Flavorful Street Food from around the World - Chef Juliet Greene and the team from Charlie Baggs will demonstrate a variety of street foods from across the continents, highlighting the differences and similarities that are often overlooked. The team will demonstrate different cooking techniques and share the history behind why countries have specific ingredients and methods.
We will discuss commercial formulations and applications. This will be a culinary execution with a scientific twist.
This will be an interactive event with many great global street foods to try! The street foods you will try will take you on a global expedition and open your eyes to both familiar and new flavors.
