Don Schindler, Senior Vice President of Digital Innovations at Dairy Management Inc. (DMI). Don has been teaching how to connect with consumers using social media and digital marketing for four years. Before coming to DMI, Don directed the Communications team at the University of Notre Dame (ND) and taught classes at the Mendoza College of Business at ND.

Jamie Vander Molen is the Director of Digital Training at Dairy Management Inc. (DMI). Jamie provides digital communication and social media training courses for farmers, the dairy industry, corporate staff and serves as a mentor to executive staff. Jamie has ten years of experience working in agriculture.
