Flavorful Curries around the World - Chef Charlie Baggs and his team will demonstrate different cooking techniques and discuss the ingredients used in curries. We will be including Indian, Thai (yellow, green and red), and British style curries.
We will discuss commercial formulations and applications. This will be a culinary execution with a scientific twist.
This will be an interactive event with many great curries to try! The curries will be complimented with palate cleansing fresh side dishes.
So come hungry and be prepared to taste these curries from around the world. This will be a flavorful networking event.
