Join us as we take a look at how cocoa is cultivated, harvested, and manufactured into chocolate and cocoa powder. We'll discuss the unique characteristics of chocolate and the factors that affect its flavor. And of course.... enjoy a Chocolate Tasting! You'll learn how to awaken your senses and properly taste chocolate to fully enjoy the flavor profiles. The group will also get the chance to tour our Chicago Chocolate Academy, one of twenty in the world, where chefs and chocolatiers from all over the country come for training.
