During the EXPO send out a notification to all attendees inviting them to visit your booth and to view your website.

Ensure that attendees stay in the exhibit hall and visit every booth by sponsoring the Social Hour beginning at 5:30 PM. There will be a cash bar, party platters, and a good time to network with attendees. Sponsorship includes your logo on the sign/banner in the Social Hour. The exhibit hall will close at 5:30 PM allowing exhibitors to attend the social hour area. This sponsorship also includes 5 Drink Tickets
Add your logo and booth number to window, floor, escalator clings or column wraps to guide attendees to your booth!
Bag Sponsor
Each attendee will receive a bag when arriving in the registration area to pick up a badge. You donate the bags, we will distribute. Limited to one sponsor.
Bag Inserts
Bag inserts will be pre-inserted into each bag so that each attendee receives your insert. You provide the inserts, we will distribute.
Lanyard Sponsor
Each attendee will receive a lanyard for their badge. You provide the lanyards, we will distribute. Limited to one sponsor.
