CoreFX Ingredients is a purpose driven organization that specializes in the development and distribution of specialty dry lipid and other ingredients for use in dietary supplements, foods and beverages. Their proprietary process converts natural, dairy, and plant-based oils into efficacious, clean-label powders that are highly dispersible, stable, and customizable to customers’ needs.

 

JOB PURPOSE: The primary function of this role is to assist in accelerating the growth of sales in the B2B dietary supplement market and functinal food/beverage space with a focus on supporting brands and co-manufacturers. This position will manage smaller accounts and manage product inquiries in the B2B dietary supplement market and functinal food/beverages and provide administrative support to all Regional Sales Managers.

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILTIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

Strategic planning, sales planning, collaborating with others:

 

·         Maintain and update customer records for data accuracy, assist in preparing sales reports and dashboards, serve as the primary contact for Salesforce-related issues, manage user accounts and permissions, support sales forecasting and pipeline management, and assist with onboarding, training, and system upgrades.

·         Qualify and manage incoming leads

·         Submitt pricing and regulatory requests and send to customers

·         Complete required reports and forms, (i.e. weekly summaries, customer call reports, pipeline reports, sample requests, pricing requests, expense reports), accurately and in timely fashion.

·         Interface with marketing to generate leads, create market driven data, support trade shows.

·         Foster positive relationships with internal business leaders to ensure open communication between sales, engineering, quality, and customers.

·         Collaborate with customers, customer service, and operations to meet goals and ensure the best possible service.

·         Stay current with company developments and product launches.

·         Demonstrate a desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions and deliver results in a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven environment.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

·         Experience within a Sales department – preferably with a food or nutraceutical ingredient provider

·         Optimally past experience in the dietary supplement or food/beverage supplier space in a sales or sales suport role.

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred

·         Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with all audience types

·         Works well within a team and individually

·         Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

·         Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and Salesforce
