\nAbout the role:<\/strong>
\nAt Kerry, we hire graduates into real roles with real responsibilities from day one. This position reports to the Plant\u00a0Manager and carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization\u2019s policies and applicable laws.
\nThis role is rotational so you’ll get the chance to start at and rotate yearly into one of the following sites! Average program length is two years. After that you’ll be placed into a role outside of the grad program.<\/p>\n

\nWhat you\u2019ll do:<\/strong>
\nThe Production Supervisor is fundamental to our team. You\u2019ll be overseeing the production function, with\u00a0direct reports. Are coaching and developing employees something you\u2019re passionate about? Do you have an eye for process efficiencies and continuous improvement? This is key to our success, and so are you! You\u2019ll collaborate with other teams, coordinating production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control departments to achieve sustained and improved efficiencies.<\/p>\n

\nThis role also requires attention to detail while completing daily tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and conducting regular visual line checks to insure proper dating, labeling, and packaging.
\nQualifications and skills:<\/strong>

\n* Four Year degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management or equivalent.
\n*\u00a0The\u00a0ability and willingness to promote appropriate change and improvement.
\n* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
\n* Inquisitive nature that enjoys problem solving and identifying business improvements.
\n* Computer, planning, and problem-solving skills.
