This role will help to coordinate communication efforts for the James B. Beam Institute of Kentucky Spirits within Beam Suntory, and will work with leadership teams in Supply Chain manufacturing, Human Resources, Corporate Communications and supporting functional Supply Chain roles.<\/p>\n<p>Periodically, the intern will have the opportunity to improve communication channels and processes based on understanding ways of working and current practice. The internship will culminate with a final presentation to management describing what the intern learned and the value he or she provided to the company.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>These are the essential functions of the position but not limited to these activities:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Help identify and create communications for the James B. Beam Institute within the Beam Suntory, supporting needs and requirements of the Beam Institute.<br \/>\nLearn and support entry level organizational communication best-practices and techniques.<br \/>\nAssist with regular audit and maintenance of communication channels that support James B. Beam Institute news.<br \/>\nAttend and contribute to regular meetings with James B.
