Supervise, manage and develop Line Quality Control personnel. Conduct quality assurance audits and reviews of production facility assuring company standards are maintained and work with other departments to resolve quality, production, and efficiency problems. Identify and help to implement improvements. Function as an information source to various departments to continuously improve operations. Support customer service during customer visits and audits.
