This individual will be working with plant operations to build and maintain an effective Food Safety and Quality culture within the facility. The Quality Assurance Manager will:\u00a0 Have the responsibility and authority to lead the development and implementation of the Food Safety Plan and play a key role in the communication of information related to the implementation and maintenance of the Food Safety Plan. Contribute to the development of processes to meet and exceed the expectations of co-packaging clients, ensuring that all finished products are safe and meet product specifications. Manages and develops by providing direction to the quality and sanitation departments in the areas of safety, food safety, quality while through leadership. Partners with other departments to resolve quality, production, and efficiency problems by identifying and driving continuous improvement throughout facility.
