Travel includes both domestic and international assignments.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Works on special projects as assigned, not already included herein.<\/li>\n<li>Working under the direction of a Plant Quality Control Manager, conduct employee\u00a0training for Quality &amp; Food Safety Programs, such as GMP\u2019s HACCP, Food Safety, Allergen Awareness, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Working under the direction of Corporate Sanitation Compliance Manager or Director, assist in development of facility based environmental program risk assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Working under the direction of a Corporate Quality Manager, perform ingredient food safety risk assessments as necessary to support business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Working under the direction of a Plant Quality Control Manager, lead and facilitate Division based Center of Specification improvement projects.<\/li>\n<li>Works within divisions, under the direction of the Plant Quality Control Manager, to perform factory based projects and tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Works with plant management team to develop and implement quality system programs and policies as necessary, such as HACCP, Allergen Control, Process Control, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as specified<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Require a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in a related area.<\/li>\n<li>One to five years\u2019 experience.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent math skills and general knowledge of statistical data analysis is required.<\/li>\n<li>Food plant experience and knowledge of GMP and HACCP related topics is desired.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, analytical abilities, organization skills and general knowledge of<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Newly Weds Foods is an Equal Opportunity Employer<br \/>\nMinorities\/Veterans\/Females\/Disabled<\/p>\n<p>Newly Weds Foods will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States without assistance or support from Newly Weds Foods.
