A memorial award for CSIFT Members who have passed away during or after extended and extraordinary service to the Chicago Section IFT.
Purpose
To recognize extraordinary service posthumously.
Eligibility
Chicago Section Members. Nominated by any member in good standing of the CSIFT.
Award
The Award consists of a virtual plaque on the CSIFT Webpage that includes the names, lifespan and date of election of those CSIFT members selected for the award. A physical plaque or stone memorial engraved with name, lifespan and date of election shall be awarded to the family of the member
